Returns & Exchange will be Accepted in 14 days after delivery.
Out of stock:
Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update.
- Customer will pay return shipping cost. No Shipping label will be provided for returns and exchanges.
- If item has any size problem or measurements don’t match to our charts. Customer must inform us in 48hours after delivery of the product. Any Size related Claim will not be valid after after this period.
- For Return Items, shipping cost that we paid will be deducted from your refund.
- If you change your mind, you can exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have already been passed, we are not able to offer any exchange.
- Exchange products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- No exchanges are possible for customized products.
- Exchange products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging.
- If your exchange do not comply with our Exchange Policy, it will not be possible to accept it and we will send the items back to you with no credit.
- Please note customer has to bear all custom & Shipping expenses.
- Items are double checked before shipping and erroneous or defectives items are not delivered.
